Raw Lucuma Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup Soaked Cashews
½ cup Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
¼ cup Nature’s Superfoods Yacon Syrup
1 cup of water

Preparation Method

Mix all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a container and put in the freezer or use an ice cream maker, following the manufacturer instructions.
