For Local Deliveries (Singapore) only. Please note we are unable to deliver food items to overseas end-consumers at the moment.

Payment Methods  

You can choose these payment modes when ordering online

  1. Cash on Delivery (please provide exact amount of cash to delivery person)
  2. Bank transfer (in advance to delivery) - pls notify us once transfer is made
  3. Paypal or Credit/Debit card (for credit card payment, please choose "Check Out as a Guest" when you reach the paypal page, as shown below)

Delivery Charges (within Singapore)

FREE DELIVERY for purchases of SGD75 and above.

For delivery of orders below SGD75, a delivery charge of SGD8.90 per local address applies.

 

Delivery Date:
We strive to deliver all orders within 1-4 workings days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an SMS from the courier / delivery company on the morning of the delivery date.
In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive the parcel, you will receive an automated sms message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.

 

Delivery Time:
You can choose your preferred Delivery time slots:
9am - 6pm
6pm - 10pm
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and public holidays).

 

To track your parcel:
If you would like to track your parcel, you may do so via Ninja Van here. Your tracking ID is NVSG9200000000[the last 4 digits of your invoice#] i.e. for invoice # 100002713, your tracking is NVSG92000000002713.
If you would like to change your delivery time slot, you may email support@ninjavan.sg with your request. Please remember to quote the tracking number of the order.
*Kindly note that changes cannot be implemented immediately as your parcel might be out for delivery. We seek your kind understanding.

Deliver to Ninja Box / Ninja Point / BumBox (For delivery of orders below SGD75, a delivery charge of SGD8.90 applies):
No one to receive the parcel at home? Collect from 150 conveniently located Ninja Box / Ninja Point / BumBox:
You can now collect your parcel at 150 convenient island-wide locations for small packages through our delivery partner, Ninja Van. The packages must be less than 4kg in weight and sum of 3 dimensions (w+d+h) should be less than 50 cm.

Instead of your regular shipping address, enter

<DP Postcode> in the Postcode field in place of your regular address

Continue and check out as usual, choosing either time slot for your delivery (this choice will later be ignored). Once the package is shipped and reaches the distribution point (within 1-4 working days), you will be notified by SMS to collect the item. The items must be collected within 48 hours upon receiving the SMS.
