What Is It?
Canada’s No.1 Pure White Honey!
Nature’s Superfoods is happy and proud to bring you Canada’s BEST pure white honey.
Brought to you directly from a family-owned bee farm in Canada, our raw, unpasteurized/unheated and unfiltered Canadian White Honey is harvested straight from the field, taken back to the warehouse, gently strained to remove wax and bee parts, and then frozen for 14 days; during this period, the honey naturally takes the form of a white spreadable butter state.
Bees collect nectar from a variety of healthy crop flowers throughout the prairie lands in Canada. Hence, you’ll find health-giving antioxidants and heady floral flavours of alfalfa, red clover, sweet clover, canola, borage and wild blooms in every jar of this single-origin raw white honey. The honey contains flower pollen and concentrations of nutrients and propolis. Hence, our white honey is creamy and tastes great with its unique floral notes from the abundance of crops and wildflowers surrounding the prairie farm. It is also a wholesome sweetener.
Every honey jar is hand-packed fresh for customers. By buying Nature’s Superfoods’ Canadian Pure White Honey, you are helping to create sustainable farming opportunities for the Canadian family and the community it lives in.
How to Use
Replace empty-calorie white cane sugar with raw honey in your routine beverages. Letting hot beverages cool first is the best way to maintain the benefits of raw honey.
Spread raw honey instead of jam on bread.
Every tablespoon (20g) of Raw Honey contains about 60 calories.
How to Store:
Store honey at room temperature or cooler temperatures in tightly closed containers, away from direct sunlight. It is best to minimize temperature fluctuations and avoid storing honey near heat sources.
Raw honey is not suitable for babies under one year of age.
Raw honey is known to have anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. It helps strengthen the immune system, eliminate allergies, and is an excellent remedy for skin wounds and all types of infections.
Studies have also identified raw honey’s ability to help heal ulcers, treat diarrhea and soothe sore throats. And, since it becomes alkaline and does not ferment in the digestive system, it is also beneficial for indigestion.
Raw Honey is an alkaline-forming food that contains natural vitamins, enzymes, flower pollen, propolis, antioxidants and other important natural nutrients. These are the very nutrients that are destroyed during the heating and pasteurization process. Hence, we strongly recommend raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered honey which is typically thick and “creamy” in appearance. The processed (usually heat-treated and filtered) commercial version typically looks clear and smooth. Most commercial honey we see in supermarkets is not raw honey.
