If your goods have not been picked up by our delivery vendor, we will make the necessary changes according to your requirement. If the order has been picked up by the delivery vendor, we are unable to change the order.

Please call us at 6841 5476 within 7 days upon receiving your delivery; we will arrange to deliver the correct items to you as soon as possible and pick up the incorrect/damaged items from you at the same time. Please ensure that the incorrect/damaged items sent to you remain in their original sealed condition
