Traffic Light Superfood Parfait

1 cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 medium banana
1/2 piece kiwi
Mix plain yogurt and chia seeds in a bowl. Layer half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass. Cover with the cereal then repeat the layer of yogurt mixture once more. Finally top with fresh fruits or your favorite toppings! Serve chill.
