Morning Refreshing Smoothie

Ingredients (yield 4 cups of smoothie)

Top Layer 

1 cup frozen blueberries

2 tablespoons Organic Easy Mornings

1 cup cold water

Bottom Layer

1 medium-sized frozen banana

2 tablespoons Organic Body Retrofit

1 cup cold water

Cut Strawberries or other fresh fruits (optional)

Directions:

Blend the frozen banana, Body Retrofit and cold water until a smoothie-like consistency is achieved. Pout into a cup. Blend the frozen blueberries, Easy Mornings and cold water until a smoothie-like consistency is achieved. Pour on top of the Body Retrofit layer. Add fresh fruits according to you preference and enjoy!
